Before training with Kathleen, I was approaching 60, up four clothing sizes, and pretending I still felt like my 20-something self. The truth hit hard – I was no longer comfortable in my body.

When I started in July 2015, I weighed 165 lbs with 35% body fat. By February 2016, I was down to 134 lbs and 22% body fat. More importantly, I felt strong, healthy, and confident again.

Kathleen not only guided my workouts, but helped me take ownership of my health – physically and nutritionally. Her encouragement and knowledge have truly changed my life. Even my husband says I’m in the best shape of my life!
