3 Months of Nutrition Support

Three months of nutrition support begins with a free 45-minute consultation to create a tailored plan aligned with your goals and lifestyle. You’ll receive weekly Monday check-ins by 12 pm to stay accountable, track progress, and receive ongoing guidance. The program also provides two modifications during the 3-month period, plus an extra adjustment if your coach determines you’ve reached a plateau, ensuring steady momentum forward.

Six months of nutrition support begins with a free 45-minute consultation to design a customized plan aligned with your lifestyle and goals. You’ll receive weekly Monday check-ins by 12 pm for accountability and feedback. You’ll get four modifications during the 6-month period, plus an extra adjustment if your coach identifies a plateau, along with two virtual meetings to review, refine, and strengthen your progress.
